DELIVERY POLICY

Oz Landscape Supplies offers an efficient delivery service 6 days a week direct to your site or residential address.  All information provided by you in relation to your order must be accurate and complete.  

Oz Landscape Supplies does not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the Goods after delivery. We will not be liable if you have failed to follow instructions, modified the goods or used them for an unintended purpose. 

Please note the actual tipping location is at the sole discretion of the delivery driver. Oz Landscape Supplies takes no responsibility once the delivery truck leaves kerb. 
If failed delivery attempts occur a return fee and Re-delivery fee will be applicable. 

Multiple deliveries will incur a delivery fee for each delivery. 
Materials remain the property of Oz Landscape Supplies until paid in full  

Oz Landscape Supplies warrants that the Goods or Services are fit for their usual purpose.  

Oz Landscape Supplies do not accept cheques as payment for orders
