How will my order get delivered?
Our landscape products are supplied in bulk to your site or home. We have an extensive fleet of vehicles to deliver your order. Our range consists of 4tonne tippers through to medium and large trucks, truck and dogs, and Hiab capability.
Can I have my order delivered in bulka bags?
Yes, we can deliver your order in bulka bags. There are additional costs associated with this type of delivery including truck hire and bagging. Contact Oz Landscape Supplies for a quote on (02)4959 4999.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver six days a week. Delivery days are Monday to Saturday with morning and afternoon time slots available.

Our small tippers can deliver landscape products from 0.5m3 up to 4 tonne A great advantage of our small tippers is the capability of delivering split loads – truck bins include a mechanical splitter which allows us to deliver 2 different products in the one load without contamination when tipping.
Medium trucks can deliver up to 10 tonne of material or 15 cubic meters of mulch in a single delivery
Large trucks can deliver up to 12 tonne of material or 18 cubic meters of mulch in a single delivery
When can I get my order?
Oz Landscape Supplies endeavours to provide the highest level of service. We aim for deliveries to meet your requirements and our Customer Service team will advise capability at time of ordering.
Can we view samples of the product prior to delivery?
Yes, we have an extensive display of products on display at our Newcastle branch locations.

What payment options do you offer?
Orders can be processed via:
Credit Card (phone orders or in person at our locations – American Express is not accepted)
Cash – COD (please advise if change is required at the time of ordering)
EFT – funds must be cleared prior to delivery
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
No, you do not need to be home to receive your delivery. You may leave instructions at the time of ordering.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver 6 days a week throughout the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Greater Hunter and Central Coast regions.
Can I pick up an order?
Yes, product pickups are available 6 days a week and remember you can order before prior to triple check availability.
What is a bulk delivery?
A bulk delivery is exactly as it says. Generally speaking, a truck load of loose soil, mulch or stones delivered to you is considered a bulk delivery. This is delivered per truck load and tipped in bulk loosely into a stockpile.
Do you go through garages or carports?
We are unable to deliver through garages or carports as this can be a a health and safety hazard. Our trucks are to large too clear these spaces.
What is the smallest amount of product I can have delivered?
Currently our minimum delivery is 0.5 cubic metre for each bulk product.
